The attendant leads us to a luxury suite of rooms. I hadn’t expected this. No sooner than we settle ourselves, more attendants arrive to find out if we need anything. Bruno is treating us as if we were premium-class passengers. I can’t help but wonder what will happen next, but it is only a few days to Adelaide, and I will be on alert.
Our full suite of rooms gives us an ensuite bedroom each, a playroom for the kittens and a tiny kitchenette for making a drink. But the staff assure us we only need to signal them at any hour for anything we may need.
Lynette will be wondering what is happening to us, so I text her a quick message. Hopefully, I will be back to look after her before long. I know how much she depends on me. Some humans need more guidance and supervision than others.
Mitzi has her own ensuite bedroom, and Saphira has an adjoining ensuite bedroom and lounge with lots of play equipment. The kittens have their own facilities and a governess.
My own room is equally magnificent, and I shall enjoy looking through the porthole and pretending I am a famous navigator out to explore the world. The main room has large windows and comfortable furniture.
Mitzi and Saphira are enjoying themselves, which is excellent. And the lively kittens are finding things to investigate. I am unsure how many kittens Saphira has brought. They run around so quickly or hide here and there. Being a skilled teacher, I am sure she can keep track. I’m glad it isn’t my responsibility.
