Sasha
I am a Russian Blue Cat with a long pedigree. I was born the day before Valentine’s day, 13th February 2013. My mother was a beautiful sleek Russian cat called Vyatka Tzarina Lena and brofurs and a sisfur. I didn’t see my father, but my human Lynette says he was a magnificent Russian Blue like a prince. His name was Vyatka Tzarina Kirov. My real name is Alexander, but my human calls me Sasha.
When I was only a small kitten I had to leave the nest and make my way in the world. My mother decided I should live with a human and Lynette was very keen to have me live with her, so I came to her house. It was very strange at first and I missed my brofurs and sisfurs and my Mum. But soon I knew that this human would do anything for me. Well, practically anything.
Soon I had another responsibility, I had to learn to take over a long running website by Diamond. Diamond had left me all his belongings when he passed at an advanced age, including the blog. I trained the human to do the manual work. She does the manual work around the house as the provider, while I do the feline duties of supervision, guarding and general protection. I have big responsibilities.
Even as a small kitten I helped my human by supervising her and advising her.

Diamond
Diamond started this blog on Blogger. Well our human started it for him, but he provided the content. Diamond went to the Rainbow Bridge in 2012 at the age of sixteen. He was an accomplished poet and had two poems published by the Australian National Library in their illustrated Little Book of Cats. He also wrote cat haiku and I try to emulate him, but it is difficult.
He also adopted a Moon Bear. Lynette loved him very much.
