It’s nice to be home again and relaxing. We watch the race footage on TV, and Otto keeps sending me updates on the yacht Catastrophe’s progress. I hadn’t realised he had such an important role, but he has always been modest about his achievements.
The weather has already forced a large number of yachts to retire from the race, but Catastrophe sails on.

Yikes, that looks skeery!
It is scary. 33 of the yachts had retired by yesterday, and the maxi yachts had finished. But the handicap honours haven’t been decided until smaller boats finish. Of course the cats’ competition has a separate prize.
As capable as he is, shouldn;t Otto have on a flotation device as he stands on the bowsprit ?
I am sure he should. We are concerned about Otto and hope he makes it to the finish line.

It is a virtual trip, so he should be. Unfortunately, I can’t control all the details in the videos, although I often have to try several times for something at least acceptable. Too many attempts and I am out of credits!
