All of us are together well before the event starts. Some of the young kittens will join us in a picnic and I have set up a separate blanket for my principal performers so they can get a little peace before the event starts. It is normal to have nerves. All my friends, Sasha, my oldest friend and his friend Freya from South Africa, who is someone who just makes you feel calm when you speak to her, and young Otto, the lively black furred musician from Queensland, are with me. Everything will go well. Freya and I have done our best with the kittens. Now we are about to set out the picnic.
The kittens who will be the principal singers and performers in the concert have their own special picnic with a little last minute encouragement and light snacks.
I am very attentive of the needs of these special, talented kittens. When they are older they will no doubt attend one of the academies for cat musicians, dancers or actors. At such a young age they need to be carefully nurtured.
