I am relaxing in my cosy after my long trip in the time machine, when I hear dogs barking. I look up in alarm, as my window is very close to the street.
Lynettea looks out. ‘There is a huge dog just outside, Sasha, and a little dog is barking at it.’
I crouch down. I don’t like to look.
‘All quiet,’ says Lynettea. ‘Darling Sasha! I am so glad to see you back unharmed.’
I might think about my next trip.
