I was never with RSPCA, but I am a bequest cat because if anything happens so Lynettea can't look after me, RSPCA would get one of their special carers to give me a loving home. Lynettea says she has left me money in her will for me to be looked after by the bequest team at RSPCA. Even though the bequest kitties go to a carer, the RSPCA is responsible for their Vet bills and making sure they always have a home.
