I got this new scratching pole weeks ago, but I don’t use it. Sometimes Lynettea scratches it with her nails and says, ‘Come on, Sasha,’ staring at me.
I wonder why she does that. She doesn’t have claws, poor thing and looks silly. Maybe she is hoping if she tries hard enough her nails will harden and become useful.

Today I just decided to go into the cosy at the base for a minute. It isn’t really comfortable. On the whole, I can’t recommend this design.

As cats, we like what we like and cannot be made to like something because our people want us to like it.Bet it was funny seeing Lynette using it though. MOL!

Sasha, I've learned over the years, that cats don't always let on at first, that they like something! Sometimes, it may take years, but then that new beddy or scratcher is the bestest thing ever!
Maybe she should have consulted with you before getting that scratching pole!

Hmmm, well I guess not everything's for everyone in this case. Not sure if I'd like it either.
