I look like a kitty from the planet of Mr Spock in Star Trek.
Lynettea says it is because I am really close to her and she has tilted the camera.

We think that humans are not very good about taking pictures from the best angle.

Cameras can get things so wrong! I know it happens with me all the time – it depends on the zoom lens.

I need a proper photo shoot with professional backdrops. I suppose I am unlikely to get that and will have to make do with Lynettea's amateur attempts at photography.

One explanation does not rule out the other. Could be the camera was tilted in order to highlight Spo(o)kinhess.
