The suitcase was on the lounge last night, so I couldn’t sit in my usual spot and had to curl up at the other end. If I had been younger I would have jumped in and out of the suitcase preventing Lynettea from packing, but now I am older I am just waiting and looking.
I heard Lynettea ring up the proprietor of the cat hotel (recognized the voice). The cat hotel lady said she had already bought some chicken for me and the supermarket was just over the road. I will go into the Spare Room again and will be taking my brush, medicines and special food. I think she is coming to get me tomorrow morning. Not looking forward to it.
Lynettea is going away too. Without me to look out for her she might not manage too well.
I will try to look at my blog in the morning, but won’t be back posting for a while after that.

Where is your human galavanting off to now, Diamond? It seems like she cannot stay put.

hI SParkle, she is going to Japan to see the cherry blossoms as they come up from the south. She says she is going to meet with some Japanese poets too. I hope she doesn't get lost, as she doesn't speak a lot of Japanese. She said she will photograph some Japanese neko for me. (cats), but I think she would be better here with me.

Oh, no, we're sorry you're being abandoned (again). We don't let our human go anywhere — and when she did leave us to visit family in another province last fall, one of us got sick from the stress afterward and cost her $500 at the vet. Haha, served her right.
So we hope YOU will be okay while she's gone, and that her trip is a short one.
