I am still not feeling particularly well. I threw up some of my food and 
haven’t eaten much. I am taking the tablets and hope that will make some difference. It is difficult to take the tablets as Lynettea is clumsy. I try to cooperate as best I can. The vet told her I would swallow the tablet if she jerked me up suddenly after putting the tablet into my mouth. Sometimes this works and sometimes I throw the tablet out.
She had several tries this morning before I swallowed and then she found a half tablet that I should have swallowed and put that into my mouth. I have had a lot of brushing to get rid of my loose furs and I haven’t been out for a walk for several days now. It seems like forever that I have been lying here feeling not very well.

I am glad you are resting better Diamond. It is hard to get pills down. Momma gets frustrated with some of us and she used to work for a vet!

I am very sad that you are still feeling sick.
Maybe your mom can try using a piller on you. It’s a stick with a hole at the end for the pill, and then a little “plunger” that you push down to make the pill come out. My Mommie uses them to pill difficult cats at the cat shelter. Even though I do not think you are “difficult”, Diamond!

Poor Diamond. We hope you feel better soon. Have you tried a pill shooter? Our Mommy uses her non-dominant hand to gently cup the tops of our heads and pull our mouths open by pulling up on our fangs. Then she uses the other hand to shoot the pill in our mouths. She got the shooter (piller) at a pet store. She holds our mouths closed for a few seconds and rubs our throats if we need help swallowing (usually not needed). Then she gives us a drink and a treat!

Also, some people use pill pockets, and some use cheese! We haven’t tried that. We will purr that you feel better soon.

Diamond, I’m so sorry to hear you’re still not feelin’ well! Please know that me and my bruther and sisturs are purrin’ for you, and I hope you’re feelin’ like yurself again soon.
My bruther Brainball’s been on antibiotics fur two weeks cuz he had bronchitis, and today was his last dose. My momma was able to crush up his pills in cream cheese and put it on his pawsies, and he licked it right off. You might get yur bean to check with yur vet to see if that would be okay to do with yur medicine.
